Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you don't lose what you paid for.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is a permanent free tier with no time limit, use it as your trial. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How do I pay?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case-by-case, on a goodwill basis, typically when the service hasn't been used, or has barely been used (no significant traffic filtered, no real uptime consumed). We review each request on its merits and issue refunds at our discretion. Ping us on Discord with the details and we'll sort it out.
Do I need a separate plan for Bedrock?
Bedrock support (via Geyser) is available from the Starter plan and above. It requires a dedicated IP, which costs an extra €4.99/month on top of your plan.
How does the burst work exactly?
Burst is a temporary boost to your player-slot limit, bandwidth is always unlimited on every plan, so it's never throttled. Each plan ships with a monthly burst quota (hours per month). The quota resets on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC.
Can I have sub-accounts for my staff?
Pro plan and above. Staff get scoped permissions (view-only, manage filtering, full admin). All actions are audit-logged.
What if my server is bigger than the largest plan?
For networks above 1,000 concurrent players, reach out, we build custom plans tailored to your traffic and operational needs.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
No. The dashboard guides you through DNS pointing and backend configuration. Most servers are protected in under 5 minutes. If anything is unclear, our Discord support is fast.
