1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember things like that you logged in, what language you picked, or that you’ve already given (or declined) consent to optional cookies. Similar technologies, such as local storage or pixel tags, follow the same rules and are covered by this policy where relevant.

2. Our approach

We use the minimum cookies needed to make the service work, plus a small set of optional analytics cookies that are off by default.

• Only strictly necessary cookies are set on your first visit.
• Analytics cookies stay off until you explicitly accept them.
• You can change your mind at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in our footer.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the site and customer dashboard to work. They keep you logged in, remember your cookie consent choice, and protect the dashboard against bots and abusive traffic. Because they only enable services you explicitly requested, they are exempt from consent under French and EU law, but you can still block them in your browser if you wish, the dashboard won’t work without them.

4. Analytics cookies (optional)

If you accept them in the banner, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited so we can improve the site. We’ve enabled IP anonymisation and turned off Google’s advertising features. We don’t use these cookies to identify you personally.

5. Marketing cookies

We don’t set any marketing, advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking cookies. If we ever add any, they will appear here and you will be re-prompted before they’re set.

6. Managing your choice

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Manage cookies” in the footer of any page. Clearing your browser cookies will also reset your consent choice and prompt you again on your next visit. Every modern browser also lets you block or delete cookies through its settings.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and doesn’t affect anything that was processed while consent was in place.

7. Third parties

Some cookies are set by services we use:

• Google, only if you accept analytics cookies. See their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare, sets strictly necessary security cookies to protect us against bots and abuse. See their privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. If a change requires your consent, the cookie banner will re-prompt you.
